 How to automate Opera browser settings, Auto detection & set up of existing intenet settings

Can anyone tell me how to configure the opera web browser in Vista PE v12 during the build so it automatically finds my existing internet settings stored on my PC by MS internet explorer, and then configures itself to work when I launch the application based on those existing settings ?

mellow.gif (IP address(s), network settings, ISP log in, home page etc.)
